My experience with special needs children...
I volunteered to help out in special needs programs at my schools all through elementary to high school, so I’ve had a good amount of experience with special needs of all kinds. I would say I am most experienced and familiar with the needs of kids with Autism, Down Syndrome, ADD, and those with hearing disabilities. I am proficient in ASL with now 10 years of signing experience. As someone with close family members who have special needs, I’ve always held a place in my heart for others who need specialized care and attention.
