I have worked with special needs children. I was a clinical research student. And I worked with special needs children. I Collaborated with speech therapists and got a brief Understanding on behavioral health of kids with special needs.

Not a single moment, but I loved this phase. I get to watch them grow, teach them new things, be part of their childhood. Best part of being nanny is to develop relationships and connections with the children and families under my care.
