The most important thing about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I believe patience, communication, and consistency are very important. A nanny should not only care for a child’s basic needs, but also encourage their development, make them feel valued, and be someone their parents can trust

One of my favorite nanny moments is seeing a child learn or accomplish something new and knowing I was able to be part of that moment. I especially love the little everyday moments, like reading together, playing, helping them learn something new, or making them laugh. Watching their personality grow and seeing them become more confident and independent is very rewarding to me
