The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny to me is building a strong relationship based on trust, comfort, confidence, and dependability with both the parent and child. I want every parent to feel completely confident knowing their child is safe, cared for, and in good hands whether they are right there with me or away from their child. I believe trust should remain the same whether I am caring for a child in the parent’s presence, at home, on an outing, or transporting them between designated locations. My goal is to provide consistent, honest, attentive, and dependable care at all times. Parents deserve peace of mind when they are away from their children, knowing that their nanny will treat their child with the same patience, respect, love, and care they would expect from someone they trust.

My experience with special needs children...

During my time working in childcare centers, I have had the opportunity to work with children with a variety of special needs and individual developmental differences. I understand that every child is unique and may require additional patience, attention, support, and care. I take the time to learn each child’s needs, understand their routines and communication styles, and provide care at their own pace. I remain patient, calm, compassionate, and encouraging while helping children feel safe, comfortable, included, and supported. I am willing to adapt activities, routines, and my approach based on each child’s abilities and needs. My goal is always to make sure every child receives the attention, respect, encouragement, and individualized care they deserve while helping them participate and enjoy their day.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite part of being a nanny is having the opportunity to watch children grow and develop over time. One of my most meaningful experiences has been caring for a child since he was just 3 months old and watching him grow into an active, curious toddler who is now almost 2 years old. Being there through each stage—from infancy to toddlerhood—and seeing new milestones, skills, personality, and independence develop has been incredibly rewarding. I love being able to build a strong bond with the children I care for while supporting their growth and development every day. Watching them learn new things, reach milestones, and become their own little person is truly one of the greatest joys of being a nanny.
