I created engaging, age-appropriate activities, supported children's social and emotional development, and maintained a safe, positive learning environment. I also have experience working with children with special needs, which strengthened my patience, communication, and ability to meet each child's individual needs. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and build confidence every day.I have over 10 years of nannying and childcare experience, beginning while I lived in Puerto Rico and continuing after moving to the United States. Throughout the years, I've cared for children of various ages, from infants to school-aged children.My responsibilities have included preparing meals, planning educational and age-appropriate activities, assisting with homework, maintaining daily routines.

I enjoy doing a variety of activities with children that encourage learning, creativity, and confidence. I love reading books together, engaging in imaginative play, singing songs, doing arts and crafts, exploring sensory activities, going on walks, playing outside, practicing age-appropriate developmental skills, and having meaningful conversations with children. I enjoy following each child's interests and creating fun activities that help them learn while feeling happy, supported, and cared for. I try to follow the lead of the child and see what their interest are but I enjoy all activities.

My experience with special needs children...

I have 5 plus years working at Sussex Consortium and Milton Elementary school district. I have worked with special needs children from ages prek to second grade. I enjoyed it very much and loved to be able to watch them grow as individuals and celebrate their success. I believe every child has their own strengths and potential, and I love being someone who can encourage, support, and help them reach their goals.
