Rachael was very prompt, communicated well, and went above and beyond to ensure we always had a clean home and happy baby when the work day was finished. Often while I was working just a few rooms over, Rachael would send me pictures and videos of my daughter playing which was such a sweet gesture. She balanced inside playtime with outside adventures and really knew how to make the day fun AND educational. 100/10 would recommend Rachael for all things nanny'ing and babysitting. I am CPR certified but I will need to get my CPR certification renewed shortly> I also know some basic American sign language. Not enough for a full conversation but enough to communicate certain needs if any child is nonverbal or has a disability. I am willing to work with little ones of all ages and differences. Like I said I have a big family and almost all of us have our own struggles and challenges, so I am patient and kind even when things get rough. I have my own vehicle and drivers license and am willing to travel anywhere in the Fort Wayne area. I've never done babysitting for pay but I have taken care of a large number of family members growing including my siblings and others. Not asking for a 40 hour work week but even 24 hours at least a week with a pay of $12.50-$15 requested is all.
