Is the impact the kids can have on you. The last two families I work for became like family to me. They are both still in my family’s lives. We built such a bond that they came to our wedding and just attended our baby’s birthday party.

I don’t know if I’ve had a specific favorite moment but I have loved getting to watch the kids I nanny for grow up and grow into themselves. The original family I started as a nanny for are now in high school / middle school and I still go out to see their baseball games and band concerts. I love that I still get to watch these kids grow up after them being such a big part of my life.
