I have over 3.5 years of childcare experience. I currently work for a family as their nanny, and I am looking at other nanny family options.

Its hard to choose! ...Everytime the little girl I work with uses sign language, and I understand then what she is communicating to me! Or anytime she says a new word! Or gets excited about seeing a dog, squirrel, rabbit, or other animal.
