I think one of my wildest moments was when the little boy I nannied threw all his binkys down the air vent, but wouldn’t fall asleep without it. So I gloved my hand and reached into the vent with a pair of tongs, and retrieved them all. I sanitized the heck out of those things and still got him down for a nap
