"Rachel is amazing! She was our FT nanny from 2016-2020 until our daughter was almost 5, and we moved.
She has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. Our daughter was reading at 3. We give the vast majority of the credit to Rachel.
She arrived each day with a surprise-of-the-day in her bag that she would take home at the end of the day. For example, it might be a big ball to play with, a stuffed animal, a book to read, a special hat to wear, etc. Her creativity is endless, and it my daughter absolutely loved to see what the surprise of the day was.
Rachel is very sentimental, and she celebrated numerous days! They ate watermelon on National Watermelon Day, baked cookies on National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, wore polka dots on National Polka Dot Day, etc. They did numerous science projects like making a volcano. She made holidays so much fun!
