Hi there! My name is Rae!! I am currently looking for a sweet family to care for and get to know! I absolutely love to spend time with family and friends. I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, and I also have a passion for photography :) I am the oldest of four kids, so naturally I like to think of myself as nurturing and loving. I am an extroverted and energetic person who loves to do anything fun! {within reason of course ;)} I thrive on schedules, routine, and organization. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been volunteering for kids summer camps for 4 years because who doesn’t love summer camp?! I was also a 4th grade science teacher for a year and I loved every bit of it!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Indoor: I love playing board games, making up our own games, coloring/drawing, hide and seek (always a must), cooking or baking, building anything, like forts for example, and any sensory activities like play dough or kinetic sand is always satisfying and entertaining!
Outdoor/out of the house: Any exploring is always enjoyable, pool time, trampoline time, parks, libraries, riding bikes/scooters, playing sports…anything outside in the sun is my favorite

The most important part about being a nanny...

I remember putting a random Disney soundtrack on the TV while fixing a snack for 3 kids I was watching. I soon began to dance because who doesn’t love a good Disney song?! My dancing soon turned into a spontaneous dance party where I was taking turns dancing with each of the kids and it seemed like such a sweet moment. There was so much joy and I soaked up every ounce because it truly felt perfect and genuine❤️
