The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is building a strong and trusting relationship with the child. It’s about creating a safe and comfortable environment where they feel supported and happy. I want to make sure we stick to a routine and get everything done that needs to be done, but I also think it’s just as important to make good memories together — whether that’s through play, learning, or just spending quality time. Being a reliable and caring presence in their day is something I take seriously, and I want the child to feel both cared for and respect
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for family members with special needs. My sister needed to be fed through a tube at certain times, and I helped with that. I also had a cousin who wasn’t very verbal and moved around a lot, but I was able to work with him and help him focus and participate in activities. These experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and how to adapt to different needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are having movie time with the kids, cooking and eating snacks together, listening to music and dancing while tidying up, or going to the park so they can run off their crazy energy.
