I have babysat throughout my teen years. I babysat for a lady in town for her two older twin girls and toddler boy. I babysit off and on for my sister since her little girl was a newborn, she has an older boy and girl as well. There's a lady I go to out in Athena and I have stayed overnight for her and watched her three sons and daughter and kept her dogs taken care of.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Anything! If you live close to a park and the weather is nice, I love making a little lunch and going down and playing and eating lunch in the park. Coloring is always a fun thing to do. Playing board games, card games, hide and seek, really anything!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Keeping the parent's rules in place. Taking care of the kids whether that be bathing, feeding, changing diapers, entertaining. Keeping things clean and how they were left!
My experience with special needs children...
My Nephew has cerebral palsy, he has a problem with wetting/soiling his bed. I have taken care of him since he was super young, he is now 9 and still has some problems that I have to help him with.
