"Raiven was my kids' nanny for about 8 years and went from changing their diapers and feeding them bottles to picking them up from school and helping them navigate disagreements with friends. She always had my kids' best interest in mind. She was the first person in line to pick them up from school and took them to play in many different parks. She asked them what meals they wanted her to cook for them and gently encouraged them to do their homework, not fight with each other, and be better people. She recognizes neurodivergent behavior and treats it accordingly, unphazed by meltdowns or emotional responses. She was a remarkable addition to our family which we wish she could've been part of longer. We still get together with her on various occasions and request her to watch the kids here or there, when needed."

I worked in a daycare setting for 3years before becoming a nanny. I then was a nanny for the same family for 8 years, I have experience with age range 0-12yrs. I also have experience working with kids who have been diagnosed with ADHD and autism. In my prior nanny roll I was responsible for light house keeping and meal prep as well as transport from school and to extra curricular activities.

Indoor activities I enjoy are baking crafting fort building and Legos! I'll do splashpads and parks but I'm not one for going to pools (I'm not a swimmer)
