Trust is very important. Not only is trust important but, making sure that each kid is safe and has had a fun & productive day. I think it’s important for a parent to come home to their kids mellowed out it creates a calm a soothing atmosphere not only for the children but for the parents as well. This creates the perfect space to talk about how the kids days were as well if the parent/parents need some personal time after work after. You always want to treat them and be treated as family.
