a camp counselor this past summer! I worked at a Before and After School program throughout highschool and I am now currently working at a preschool but looking for more flexible hours. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked as a BASP (Before and After School Program) employee all throughout highschool with children through the grades of kindergarten to fifth grade. I also was a camp counselor full time this past summer and have lots of experience coming up with fun lesson plans! I currently work at a daycare with 4 and 5 year olds. I have babysat my newborn cousin and for other families. I have experiences in just about every age! I am also CPR as well as First Aid certified.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy taking the kids outside and doing activities such as chalk, bubbles, sports or pretty much and outdoor activities. I also have experience with a lot of sensory activities so I’m not afraid to get a little messy! Indoor activities I enjoy are board games, coloring, crafts, puzzles, building blocks and much more!! I have experience with making fun lesson plans !

The most important part about being a nanny...

Building a strong relationship with the children you are caring for. Always basing aware of what is going on and understanding of the child’s needs. Being kind and respectful is key. Overall, I want ten children to feel comfortable and feel like they can trust their nanny!!

My experience with special needs children...

I was in a club with children with disabilities starting in middle school and continued throughout highschool. I also have had experience work special needs children because my mom works as a job coach for individuals with disabilities. Growing up, my neighbor also had special needs and I hung out with her for years. I am also minoring in special education and have a passion for people with special needs!
