I have a year and a half of experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I worked one on one with children and supported their individual needs and development. I then became a manager at a clinic fro 3 years that worked with children who needed additional support. In that role, I worked closely with children, families, and staff while helping create a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and positive environment where a child feels comfortable being themselves. I believe it’s important to be patient, dependable, and attentive while also making everyday activities fun and helping children learn and grow.

Most of my professional experience is with special needs children and adults. I have over 4 years of experience working with children with special needs. I spent a year and a half as an RBT. I then spent 3 years as a manager at a clinic serving children with additional needs, where I worked closely with families and helped ensure each child received the support and care they needed.
