The most important things are honor, respect and love. You must honor and respect children for who it is that they ultimately choose to be, my presence is to add value and amplify children at their best to be their best. It’s a plus to become apart of the family.

My experience with special needs children...

is a unique one. My 1st experience I was once assigned a child on the spectrum for 3 months and learned that they require patience and innerstanding because we will never understand what it is to be in their position. Since then I have worked with specials needs children 5-8y.o.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I resigned from a teaching job, I ended up staying until my replacement was assigned to my class. My entire class would write me notes on their hw expressing how I impacted them and that they didn’t want me to leave. Some were apologetic and that warmed my heart on my way out of that job.
