More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have done a lot of volunteer work with children for charity, as well as hospital volunteering at the NICU. I also worked at a preschool for the past years as a student worker which lead me to wanting to continue working with children during my college years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love searching for craft, science, and artistic activities to bring to children. I've done some such as fake snow, colored bubbles, scratchy coloring papers, and more. Lastly, my absolute favorite is reading to children.

My experience with special needs children...

I've been gaining experience with special needs at the preschool since my sophomore year. Last year, working at the preschool, I gained even more experience with children on the spectrum. It is one of the things I enjoy the most about working in childcare.
