Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve also worked as an infant and toddler teacher for 7 years at two different childcare centers. For 2 years, I taught at a Baptist church preschool, and for 5 years I was at a private academy-style daycare. Those years gave me a strong foundation in child development, age-appropriate activities, and how to create a loving, structured, faith-centered environment.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love engaging children in hands-on activities that spark creativity and confidence! Some of my favorite things to do include making fun art projects (especially painting and letting them get a little messy to express themselves!), building indoor forts or obstacle courses like a mini Ninja Warrior setup, and encouraging movement through dancing, stretching, and music. I also enjoy taking kids on little adventures like walks, trips to the park, zoo, or museum — anything that lets them explore, learn, and just be kids.

The most important part about being a nanny...

As a nanny, I prioritize engagement, planning fun activities, and meeting daily needs. I create a structured schedule for a smooth day, ensuring children feel loved and secure. Effective communication with parents is key to respecting their rules and values while keeping them informed. I provide a safe environment promoting physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Cooking breakfast with my little ones while playing music was always a highlight. We'd have dance parties in the kitchen, and their laughter would fill the air. It was amazing how something so simple could bring us so much happiness. Those moments are forever etched in my memory.
