A little bit about me

Hi!! My name is Ria. When I was 15 I started babysitting my neighbor’s kids and a few other kids around the area on school nights and weekends just to make extra money to go out with friends. I’m great with kids- especially neurodivergent children (ADHD, autism, OCD, etc)- because I am gentle and patient. I love following consent and staying within children’s comfort zones. I try extra hard to make sure the kids I take care of feel safe and comfortable enough to tell me how they feel/request things. I love animals too! I am a junior at the University of South Florida and I am majoring in Psychology with a focus in adolescent development and trauma! On the side I like to lift, walk dogs for wag, and draw :) I especially love doing art with kids so I’ll always have paper and markers on hand. I love to teach people new things and learn new things. I even enjoy just chilling with the kids and watching movies and chatting away. I would love to watch over your kids while you are busy!
