Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have previous experience working at a daycare, caring for children from infants through Pre-K, with most of my experience working with toddlers ages 1–3. I worked as a floater, helping in different classrooms wherever I was needed. My responsibilities included supervising and caring for children, helping with meals and snacks, diaper changes, nap time, crafts and activities, and teaching basic skills and kindness. Most importantly, I loved building relationships with the children and creating a safe, caring, and fun environment for them.

I enjoy doing arts and crafts, reading, singing and dancing, playing outside, and doing hands-on activities with kids. I especially love activities where the kids can be creative, have fun, and learn something new at the same time.

I think the most important part of being a childcare provider is making sure children feel safe, loved, and cared for. It’s important to be patient and dependable while also creating a fun environment where children can learn, grow, and be themselves. I also think building a trusting relationship with each child matters because even small moments of attention and kindness can make a big difference.

My favorite nanny moment was seeing how excited the kids would get when I arrived. I loved how quickly we would get into our own little routine of playing, doing activities, and laughing together. One of my favorite things was when they would show me something they had made or learned and be so proud to share it with me.
