Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have one prior babysitting job, but have much experience babysitting family and also taking care of someone with special needs. My brother was wheelchair bound and needed full time help with everything. I also have worked at a pool this past summer which entailed supervising many children, creating a bond with them as well as communicating with their parents and enforcing Covid-19 policies to keep everyone safe!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Personally I love anything art related! So crafts, painting/coloring/drawing, listening to music, etc is fun for me, BUT whatever the child would love to do, as long as it’s safe, I will encourage them to express themselves and do many activities that they love to do.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for my older brother since I was very young and as time went on he was more dependent on me instead of my parents. His illness was terminal and so his care became very complicated. In this area I am extremely patient and do everything I can to understand what the child needs.
