Hi! My name is Riley, I just graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor's in Psychology. I am eager to work with and take care of children because that is my future career goal. I love helping others and have been taking care of children all of my life whether it be nieces and nephews or even being a nanny to children in my neighborhood and town. I enjoy riding bikes, going outside to play, playing board games, swimming, watching movies, playing with dolls, listening to them talk and tell me stories, and really anything that they want to do.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe that there are many important parts to being a nanny. I think it is important to have great character and morals. A big part of the job is having patience and being a good role model. I think that being caring and trustworthy are also important because I want to show the family and the kids that I am someone they can trust and someone who wants the best for everyone.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with autistic and Down syndrome children in the past. My nephew is autistic and I was also in a sorority at Clemson where we would go and read to special needs children as a part of our philanthropy.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment was back when I was a nanny to three children in my neighborhood and the two girls wanted to play dress up and be princesses. They dressed me in a red wig because I was supposed to be Ariel and the oldest girl was Elsa and the youngest was Cinderella. After that, they made up a whole story and we followed along. That is a great memory to have because it was so sweet that I got to be a part of their play time and be a princess myself!
