A little bit about me

Hi there! I am 25 years old and have been caretaking for over ten years. I have worked with children in a variety of professional occupations, ranging from working with infant to teenagers to seniors with special needs. I have worked as an RBT (registered behavior technician) for children on the spectrum and as a preschool music teacher. I am a very artistic and creative person, and am a full time student and artist. Incorporating creativity into everything I do, I love to take an active approach with the children I care for by enriching their lives through interaction with art. I’ve taken college courses in education, child psychology, and have also worked as a substitute teacher in Larimer county. I look forward to hearing from your family!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny to me is enriching the lives of those I care for and introducing them to creative mediums. As a full time artist, many of the mediums I was introduced to were through different babysitters I had as a child, such as jewelry making and oven bake clay. Childhood is such an important time to broaden one’s horizons, and having adult inspirational figures can entirely alter the trajectory of one’s life!
