I also enjoy outdoor activities like walks and playground time, helping with homework or practicing basic academic skills, and encouraging creative play and role-playing. I make sure to balance active play with calmer moments such as quiet time or bedtime reading, creating a positive and structured environment where children feel safe, engaged, and cared for.

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel cared for, valued, and understood. It’s about being patient, dependable, and attentive to their needs while helping them learn, grow, and have fun every day. Building trust with both the children and their parents is also key, so everyone feels confident and comfortable in my care.

One of my favorite nanny moments was having a little fashion show with the kids, picking out outfits, doing their hair, and giggling together. Seeing their little faces light up and feeling like their world was full of fun and sparkle made my day every time.
