Mature-nonsmoker! First aid and CPR certified! I have worked with preterm NB & up; especially good with infants. I prefer 40 hours must be guaranteed hours. I enjoy being engaged and interacting with children. I interact, engage, teach, and lovingly care for your child as you would if you were with them. I'm very consistent and reliable. I am blessed to have four wonderful children of my own that I home educated. I understand that our children are our greatest blessing and I know how difficult it can be entrusting them to someone else. Skills I employ with children: Choice theory, intrinsic motivation, emotional self regulation, role play for social development, self awareness regarding feelings etc, teaching empathy, character building and other important traits. Sleep training and fostering adequate sleep with infants and young children. Experience w/ speech and spd homework. I'm firm w/ healthy boundaries yet loving; children enjoy their time in my care.
