I initially started working with children about 3 years ago out of curiosity! They are experiencing the world with new eyes and it is a wonderful gift to be on the journey with them! I have worked as lead teacher for a class with a ratio for 6 one year olds to a teacher, as well as a class with a ratio of 10 two year olds to a teacher. Helping children grow, and meeting them where they are at is very important to me! I also have taken CDA classes, and keep up to date on developmentally appropruate practice for children's age groups- and I am always reading to understand more!
