One of my favorite moments as a nanny is seeing a child learn or accomplish something new after working on it together. Whether it is saying a new word, taking their first steps, completing a puzzle, learning a new skill, or becoming more independent, those moments are very rewarding.
I also love building strong relationships with the children and their families. Knowing that parents trust me with their children and seeing the children happy, comfortable, and excited to spend time with me is one of the most meaningful parts of being a nanny.
