I been looking to change the routine of a daycare and became a Full Time Nanny I’m bilingual but my fluent language is Spanish, I have a car willing to drive less then 20 miles from El Cajon CA, but I’m willing to drive 20 miles or more if they offer bonus for gas plus the hour rate.
