A little bit about me

I’m an energetic soon-to-be college graduate (B.A. in English) who loves learning with and from kids! I have a great sense of humor and don’t mind light cooking and housework tasks. I started working with kids in a church nursery as a tween, then coached ages 4-18 on a swim team and tutoring grammar and math around my neighborhood. As a high schooler and college student, I started sitting for families with up to five kids aged 4 through 11. Safety, fun, and development are all very important to me, and I can supervise activities, help with homeschooling and homework, and teach new skills. I love pets of all kinds, too, and grew up with birds, hampsters, cats, and lizards. In my free time, I like to play musical instruments (piano, saxophone, and I’m learning guitar), read, and learn new recipes for food and skincare. First Aid and CPR training.
