Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy keeping children engaged through a variety of fun and enriching activities. I have planned arts and crafts, reading, music and singing, outdoor play, walks, trips to the park and playground, and educational games. I also enjoy doing age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, learning, independence, and social development. I make sure children have opportunities to explore, stay active, and have fun while feeling safe and supported.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is making sure children feel safe, loved, and comfortable while giving them the freedom to learn and explore. Safety always comes first, but I also believe children need opportunities to try things for themselves. I encourage them to ask questions, be curious, and learn through hands-on experiences. It is okay for children to make mistakes—I believe those moments can be some of the best learning opportunities. My role is to guide and support them, set appropriate boundaries, and always be there to keep them safe while they build confidence and independence.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was making banana bread with a child I cared for. I let them help me mash the bananas, mix the ingredients, and pour the batter into the pan. They were so proud to be my little helper and kept checking the oven to see if it was ready! It was such a simple activity, but I loved seeing their excitement and sense of accomplishment. It reminded me that some of the sweetest memories come from everyday moments spent learning and doing things together.
