Finding someone who can seamlessly balance the different needs of a newborn and an energetic toddler can be a challenge, but Ruby handled it flawlessly. She was punctual, arriving when expected, which we appreciated. Most importantly, she is wonderful with the kids and genuinely cares about their well-being. Daily circle time with weekly themes, singing and dancing, baking, crafts, supporting them at extracurriculars, and outings like the park, storytime @ the library, or museums. I do not allow screen time unless specifically requested/allowed by parents, or for brief educational clips.
