As a retired Early Childhood Special Education teacher with over 26 years of experience, I have worked with young children of diverse abilities, learning styles and personalities. I created nurturing environments where children felt safe and confident and encouraged to explore and grow. My background allows me to have a vast understanding of child development. I have strong skills in behavior support, positive guidance and emotional regulation. I have expertise in early learning, play based development and individualized care. I am reliable and have a genuine love for helping children grow . Now that I am retired from teaching, i am looking for a more personal, family centered role.
