Hello, I am Ryanna, a 20-year-old college student located in Sioux Falls, SD. I am looking for a fun summer job. I have previously been a nanny, and I have worked with young children on many occasions. I currently work at a daycare with children aged 3-5 years old, and I work in my local church nursery with children aged 1-2 years old. I was heavily involved in the National Honor Society and DECCA at my high school; in both, I have had the opportunity to work with kids aged 6-9 years old and teach them. I have also taken a Child Development course, and I have completed a Child Development Internship. I am currently going to college for American Sign Language Interpreting with a minor in Children and Youth Studies. I am an organized person who is proficient at multitasking. I am excited to see the different personalities of each kid and to impact them positively.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have had the opportunity to teach kindergarten and third grade in DECCA. I have also been involved with the child development course offered at my school. While taking this class, I watched and interacted with the children and planned activities targeted towards their ages. More recently, I have been working for a local daycare with children aged 3-5 years old, and I volunteer at my local church in the nursery with 1-2-year-old children.

My experience with special needs children...

I was a missionary at a special needs summer camp. During the week we were there, I was able to help around with each of the campers whenever needed.
