"Ryle is the first and only person I interviewed to be our nanny. I had a good feeling about her from the very beginning, and after meeting her, I KNEW she would be the perfect person for the job. Her love for children is evident. She is keenly focused on their personal development, milestone achievement (including potty training). She is organized, thorough and always walks through the door, ready to dive into the craziness of the day.
I highly recommend Ryle to any awesome, fun-loving families, like ours."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I worked as a recreation leader for a summer program in my city where I cared for kids in grades K-7th. As a recreation leader I planned daily activities and helped manage large groups of children. I was responsible for assisting on field trips and weekly swim time as well. I also worked as Instructional Assistant at Skyline High School where I helped high school students remain on task, was flexible and patient with students who needed extra work time, and used creative problem solving for curriculum that was challenging for some students.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Some of my favorite activities to do with the children I care for is rooted in montessori learning. I often times will let the child show me and take the lead on what they want to play with and will engage with them in way that promotes learning and independence. With toddler aged children I enjoy baking and having them help me with tasks as many toddlers are fascinated by the everyday tasks they see the adults in life do. I have also made slime with elementary aged kids and this is always a fun and sensory engaging activity. I am a nanny that tries to limit screen time and would much rather do fun activities inside or play with kids in outdoor activities such as playing with bubbles and balls or going for walks.
The most important part about being a nanny...
fostering growth, creativity, and passions in children
My experience with special needs children...
Children on the autism spectrum both verbal and non-verbal
The most important part about being a nanny...
probably the disastrous unforgettable Christmas Hawaii trip I took with my last nanny family. Showed me how resilient I can be in times of stress and how to make any situation fun for the kiddos.
