Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I recently nannied for a family with 2 children for almost a year but stopped due to change of schedule and plans with the family! I have experience with caring for my two little nephews who are about 1 and 3 right now. I love them so so much and value the time I spend with them (though it’s not much because they live in Texas). So many fun and silly and sweet memories with those two and even others:) We’ve also added a sweet baby niece to our family, as well as one along the way!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love coloring, relaxing, or just playing with them. There’s really nothing I’m not open to. I love going places and showing them the world!!It’s so fun to see when they have a “lightbulb” moment where something just connects and they are learning and growing right in front of you.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked in the peer tutor class in 8th and 9th grade, and I have some family members with special needs. My sister was a teachers assistant for a special education class!
