The most important thing to me about being a nanny, is to help the parents out. Some parents can have so much stress build up in side because they want to be focused on their children but also on work. Also to help the parents have a free day if their at work or just having a nice time. Another important thing about being a nanny is to love, care and also nurture the children because it is a big step to leave your kids with someone you hardly know and I understand that.
