I graduated from University of Houston in 2015, I have experienced with special students. When I was working on a Middle School, I had 7 students under my care when it come to restroom or go to the gym. I monitored the students all day, they suffered of language delayed and some could not talk or walk freely. On the other hand, the students who could not walk they were in wheelchair using their hands as a instructional method. During instructional time, the students had to change activities every 15 minutes. My role was to guide the students to be as dependable as possible. I also have 8 years of experienced with new born babies changing diapers to potty training.
