My favorite nanny moment was when I finally got a very fussy infant to eat her baby food without a struggle. She had always resisted mealtime, turning her head or pushing the spoon away—but one day, after trying different approaches with patience and playfulness, she took her first few bites and even smiled after. It felt like such a small victory, but it was a big breakthrough in building trust and making mealtime a more positive experience for both of us
