I have worked with all types of children. One of my jobs at my previous preschool was to be a shadow for children who needed one on one. These children had communication issues or were working with therapists to determine a diagnosis. My job was to keep them safe and to be a calm place when they were overstimulated , overwhelmed or struggling with the day to day expectations of the preschool schedule.
