I think the main values of a great nanny are someone who is nurturing, reliable and especially trustworthy. Children are the most important humans in these parents lives, so I feel it is important to establish a dependable and mature relationship with them because it is the nannies job to try and make sure the parents don't worry too much about the kids when they leave the house. I think it is important to have an Apple Watch or phone on at all times because a parents call should never go unanswered. I have confidents that you will feel secure leaving your children with me and they will have fun!
