Some of my favorite indoor activities to do indoors are playing board games, video games, reading, and be present with the children. Some of my favorite outdoor activities are honestly anything that is fun and includes everybody.

The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the family knows who you are and that you are someone they can trust. If trust and that relationship isn't there than it's scary for the kids but also the parents.
