I worked as a gymnastics coach for 3 years at the same gym I learned cheer tumbling at. The coaches there thought I’d be a good fit for their preschool program and after a year I became head coach over the program as a whole. One of my bosses there hired me to watch her 3 girls part time as I was still in high school. I was also a lead infant teacher and 1’s teacher at a daycare which I absolutely loved.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love keeping kids active, so when the weather permits, I am always outside! I enjoy having dance parties, playing outside, or even having a quiet movie night when the kids are tired. Reading books is also very important to me, especially at a young age. It encourages talking and babbling in younger kids while helping older kids learn new words.
