Being on the level of the child while showing them I am a safe space/adult
It is not my job to control children or Only be in charge , but to show them safe spaces mentally, emotionally, physically, allow them to live and experience and explore their own life / reality , and be a mindful diligent watcher and caretaker. Giving kids the space to live and safety to exist. And openness to come to me for anything they need and have questions about, to an appropriate extent.

I do not have intricate experience with special needs , although I have been close to and cared for multiple children with behavioral needs and trauma.
