I had a friends kid at the time 5 he had extreme socal anxiety and I had a full house of kids I figured out to bring him into the kitchen with me to make lunch we came up with a game about the other kids had to come up with the special ingredient that we used in lunch that day we made my favorite macaroni and cheese and added sour cream and mustard the kids had so much fun trying to figure it out what was difference in the mac this time lunch was fun for everyone we continued this game and now they're all in their 20s
