It takes a lot of trust on the part of the parents to give you care over their most precious treasure. The second most important part is safety in all things, however I think these two actually go hand in hand.

My favorite moment by far as a nanny is when the child you've bonded with lights up when they see you after a short absence. That just melts my heart!
