It is important for parents to build trust with their nanny because they are putting the responsibility of caring for their children in the nanny's hands and should feel safe and comforted knowing that their nanny is doing a good job. It is important for kids to build trust with their nanny because they need to be able to feel safe and be able to easily communicate their needs and feelings throughout the day.
