I have never been a nanny but was a para I loved seeing the excitement in the face of the child when they remembered something that they normally struggled with or seeing them play and seeing how creative they are. I love seeing that they can be so happy even when facing challenges that other kids might not know or understand. But I also love seeing how other kids in the genED class get so happy for the kids and realize for themselves that everyone is different
