More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was once a lifeguard instructor for the ages 3-6. I would teach them swimming lessons and play different games with them for 2 hours Monday -Friday. I also worked at The Little Gym as a gymnastics instructor. I teach children life fundamentals, social skills and awareness. I’ve worked at kidstrong as a youth coach. My favorite job overall was working at Kids R Kids as a preschool teacher.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing arts and crafts with children. I also like to go outside and play different games I was taught while working at a daycare. I love to bake with them and teach them social skills. I like to act out animals and do dance parties. I enjoy doing anything that keeps a smile on their faces and can help them learn something new.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important thing about being a nanny is being able to make a slight positive change in at least one child’s life. It is the love that grows between a family and a nanny that is very important to me. Lastly I believe that a child’s growth and development is the most important thing.

My experience with special needs children...

I have taken care of nonverbal autistic children.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is when I personally taught this mom and son how to swim together. I loved to see the interaction and bond that it created between the two. It also made me realize being a nanny is not only about the relationship you have with the child but the parents too.
